Cancellation Policy

A 50% service charge will be applied for less than 24 hours notice of cancelling/ altering/rescheduling of appointments.

Any missed appointments will be charged for the full service, at our discretion.

Services or groups of 2 hours or more are required to give a 50% deposit. Non-refundable with less than 48 hours notice of cancelling/altering/rescheduling of appointments.
